School application medical  - £70 (report only) or -  £100 (incl physical examination)

Army medical  - £70 (£100 incl physical exam)

Police medical - £70 (£100 incl physical exam)

Firearms application - £60 (factual report provided to the police - we do not oppose or endorse applications)
