Everyone is being reminded to follow Public Health England advice to:

  • Apply to social distancing rules
  • Always carry tissues with you and use them to catch your cough or sneeze. Then bin the tissue, and wash your hands, or use a sanitiser gel.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after using public transport. Use a sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are unwell.

As part of a national programme, from 1 April 2015, practices are contractually required to allocate a named, accountable GP to all patients (including children) who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides to them. Your named GP will ensure that you receive the best possible level of care and support and will work with other relevant healthcare professionals, who are involved in your care, to ensure that your care meets your individual needs. This does not prevent or restrict you from seeing any other GP or nurse in the Practice.

If you have any questions or wish to discuss this further please contact the surgery on 0113 2720900
